At Canterbury Lanes, we’re dedicated to offering a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. To support this, we’ve established a clear and transparent return policy. We recommend inspecting your items promptly upon arrival and contacting us right away if a return is needed.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original, unworn, unused, and unaltered condition.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • The item must be returned in the same packaging it was received in, including protective covers or boxes.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be processed.


Order Cancellation

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or edit it—please ensure all details are correct at checkout.

Please note, your card will not be charged until your order has been dispatched.

After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You may initiate a return once the product has been delivered.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you can log into your customer account on our website and select order to return or email our team at team@canterburylanes.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

We will review your request to confirm eligibility.

Please purchase your return shipping label and email us the receipt. Your shipping cost will be reimbursed once your returned item is received and processed.


Shipping Your Return

Please securely package your item to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Canterbury Lanes is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. However, you’re welcome to return your item for a full refund and place a new order for your preferred item.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at team@canterburylanes.com. Be sure to include detailed photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you quickly. Depending on the situation, we may offer a refund, replacement, or another solution.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure about the eligibility of an item, please contact us before initiating a return.


Sale Items and Gift Cards

  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and verified, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
If any information is missing or the return does not meet our policy conditions, this may delay your refund.

Once issued, please allow up to five business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
